Merge proposal
[edit]There appears to be no mythical, historical or archaeological connections between Athenian Eleos and Roman Clementia, even though they are personifications of the concepts of clemency and mercy. Combining them onto the same page would be similar to, say, putting Zeus and Thor together because they are thunder gods, and that would clearly be wrong.
Neither Eleos nor Clementia seem to have much source material to draw on and thus information to present here, so their respective pages are unlikely to grow in the future, but to combine them just to pad each other out is also wrong.
Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nobbo69 (talk • contribs) 06:12, 25 November 2018 (UTC)
- This seems to related to a proposed merge between Clementia and Eleos. I'm now closing it, given the opposition and lack of support over more than a year. Klbrain (talk) 20:22, 15 July 2019 (UTC)
