I was a US contractor who helped set up this network along with six others, if the author wants more information for the article.

Can't click the link to the website, get a 403 Forbidden error.

Can anyone fix this?

I do not think so, the link is not broken, many of us are "blocked" from accessing the site, therefore it comes up as the 403 error. They are blocking us, especially since all of the Saddam Execution happenings.
