Bakite does seem to exist, but with completely diffent prperties. see http://webmineral.com/data/Bakerite.shtml. Therefore this page is tagged with hoax. Passportguy (talk) 18:54, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Since there was NO reference to the "Bakerite" that was the original subject, and there is no page for the actual "Bakerite" mineral, I updated the page with data about the real deal. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 19:26, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
