It would seem that this chemical is better known as trigonellinamide, although I don’t know that there’s enough information to know for sure. I looked up the name of the article on PubChem, but only found results for the name w/o the prefixes, which is in fact a cation, w/ a chemical formula of C7H9N2O+, w/ the charge on the nitrogen atom in the ring.
