Electrons with antiparallel spin form a fermi heap , higher density, higher electric repulsion. This is correlated with Hunds rule that parallel spins are of lower energy.

Electronpair bonding is not because of lower electronic repulsion. Its because of delocalisation ( lower kinetic energy) and nucleus electron attraction (lower potential energy.
