Why did all my edits get deleted? They all had good info in them. (Plowry1 (talk) 16:20, 3 May 2012 (UTC)plowry1)[reply]

The definition says predatory animals, the picture is of carp. Carp are not a predatory animal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.57.31.197 (talk) 21:26, 22 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! This is a note to let the editors of this article know that File:Maroc Marrakech Agdal Luc Viatour 1.JPG will be appearing as picture of the day on April 5, 2017. You can view and edit the POTD blurb at Template:POTD/2017-04-05. If this article needs any attention or maintenance, it would be preferable if that could be done before its appearance on the Main Page. — Chris Woodrich (talk) 01:41, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Feeding frenzy
A feeding frenzy of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) at the pond of the Agdal Gardens in Marrakesh, Morocco. Feeding frenzies may occur when predators are overwhelmed by the amount of prey available, or as a result of competition for food.Photograph: Luc Viatour
