The section on MEPPS says that each acetylcholine filled vesicle released triggers a ~0.5mV change in potential of the post-synaptic membrane. The next section (Threshold Potential) states that approximately 35 vesicles result in a 35mV depolarization, suggesting an average effect of 1mV per vesicle. It seems that this is either a mistake to be corrected, or that a short explanation for the discrepancy should be added. --DanHomerick (talk) 07:53, 1 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
