A Class?[edit]

Surely someone jests? This can't be much above stub, and certainly no higher than start? --Legis (talk - contribs) 17:14, 4 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. DrKiernan (talk) 13:22, 23 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rehypothecate[edit]

I'm not opposed to the use of this word, but most people would not understand it without a dictionary. It would be helpful to add a parenthetical expression so people don't need to look up the definition. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.9.207.189 (talk) 20:15, 16 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Redemption in Law? Or in Equity?[edit]

The first sentence, which declares this relief a cause of action "in law" strikes me as misleading, since redemption is an explicitly equitable action. Jureperitus (talk) 21:29, 25 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
