Scope
[edit]It's not clear that the scope of Osborne is very great at all. Any new union would have been be capable of having a political fund in their rules form day one. Moreover existing unions which did not have such a rule could probably adopt one by vote, and if not create a successor body which did. All the best: Rich Farmbrough 11:46, 2 February 2024 (UTC).
