I created this article without realizing that the subject has been the focus of an old article of the same name. But it may be obvious that the reason for the previous deletion of the older article, which was non-notability for having one newspaper article and two other sources, have been significantly worked on and the notability of the subject made clearer with over thirty sources as per WP:BIO. I think the problem was differences in research experiences between the current and former editors, as well as likely growth of the subject.
