I'm no expert, but I do know that I'm currently eating a bread, that has not been kneaded, and it's holding fine pockets of gas from the yeast. This article seems to be slightly imprecise on this matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.160.23.211 (talk) 05:17, 11 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
