Re-organization

I removed all for-profit institutions from the "private" section and put them in their own category. I also removed Western Governors University from the article altogether as I could find no connection to Arizona in its article (it is online only and its offices are, in fact, in Utah). 71.127.218.139 (talk) 17:28, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
