Was Ömer a hobo?

I am not sure that Turist Ömer character can be described as "hobo" since the character is not fully a "hobo".

He is more like a trump but not homeless neighter a migrant. He is from originally Istanbul. He wants to work and do work (sort of) but he cannot hang on to a job for a long time. So he changes jobs very often.

Check first "Turist Ömer" or earlier "Helal olsun Ali Abi" movies.
