The exact name is Hellenikon Metropolitan Park and can be seen in various sites about the international development competition. The results of the latter are here: http://www.uia-architectes.org/texte/england/Hellenikon/2results.html

The above was posted in July 2007, more than 16 years ago. Apparently, the name (in English, at least) has changed. The official website for the project (which appears to have been created by a private enterprise rather than a government entity) calls it The Ellinikon even in passages written in Greek. I think the article needs to be moved.
