Twenty-six districts?

This page states that twenty-five seats are up for election, but then lists results for twenty-six elections (as does the WA Sec’y of State). I can’t find any information on why more than half of the seats were voted on. Anyone have more info? — crism (talk) 23:59, 12 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
