  • The Venetian notion of a palace is understood as being similar to that of other cultures.
  • Though both Palazzi Barbari are comprised of two joining palaces in both the San Vidal location and the San Vio location, Palazzi Barbaro is still often thought of as a singular structure. Specifically calling both palaces "Palazzo Barbaro".
  • "The Glorification of the Barbaro Family" was once located in the library of Palazzo Barbaro at San Vidal.
