I greatly disagree with the importance rating of "Low" on this article, as evidenced by the fact that at least one member of Congress thinks the ruling important enough to propose legislation. I see the "Mid" rating assigned to topics far more obscure. Kevin (talk) 15:05, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
