With regard to the recipe: Beer is a general term, are there specific types of beers that work well? (Should one use a beer that is similar to the beer one would be drinking/dipping with the cheese, or a different beer to have a contrast...). Also, I assume "bottle" means 12 oz. (I'll be updating the article to support that theory).
It appears to me that the recipe I deleted has nothing to do with Beer cheese which is a specific kind of smelly cheese that has nothing to do with combining beer and some other kind of cheese. --Droll04:04, 10 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
