[edit]According to the article, this area has two residents. It would help a lot if the article were a bit clearer on exactly what this place is. Is it a government-recognized entity, a location included on maps because of the presence of the businesses, basically a tourist attraction, or what? Also, if any of the businesses are part of chains which have extant articles, specific references to them could easily be included. John Carter (talk) 20:33, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
Another paradise giving way to the All-Inclusives...
[edit]Beaches X-1 through X-5 and the small, rustic mini-hotels, guest houses and cantinas is all but gone now thanks to unchecked development.
This long, white sandy strip of beach is probably the best and the best kept secret on the Yucatan penninsula. It was not unusual to see nude folks, but was never a cruising spot. The water is crystal clear and the walkable sand bar quite long.
