Decree time

I have removed the following from this article:

"Most of Russia, including the Yakutsk Time Zone, uses decree time, which means it lies one hour ahead of standard time for the corresponding time zone."

Because I believe it may now be inaccurate. Pfainuk talk 18:52, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
