Sources for Portillo

[edit]

Can we get some clear sources that Portillo was generally included in the use of the term? The rest listed here were all pretty much contemporaries (and in some cases rivals - e.g. Howard resigned from CUCA over one of Clarke's actions then beat him for the Union Presidency on the first attempt; their 1990s & 2000s rivalry saw many journalists bring this up) but was Portillo and any other Cambridge educated Conservative politician just bundled in?
