Retired members[edit]

Hi @Danlaycock:, kind regards. In my edit I wanted to clarify that the member (Chile) withdrew voluntarily, instead of being suspended by the organization. How about "member state which has suspended participation" or something like that? It's a bit long, but best I can think of to emphasize that it was Chile who did the suspending. TDL (talk) 20:25, 23 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
