    Hello @Oaktree b, Keith Lam Yan-kit mentioned in source 7 refers the same person in here. You could also have a look at the source 3. In Hong Kong, it is common for people to name themselves with their English Given Name (Keith) + Surname (Lam) and to skip the Cantonese Given Name (Yan Kit), for reference: Hong Kong Name , thank you!
