This article describes the first half of the THIRD Mithridatic War. The second Mithridatic war was started by Lucius Murena in 83 BCE. I suggest than somebody correct this article.

Magnesia and Amasra[edit]

I haven't found anything for a battle in "Magnesia on the Maeander" and in "Amasra". In fact, Magnesia seems to have been in decline and abandoned at the start of the 2nd century BC.
