Ken Thomas founded Thomas Nationwide Transport (TNT) in Australia in 1946, with a single truck. Over the next 50 years, TNT gained a worldwide reputation, particularly in contract logistics.[2]

In 2020, Mathieu Friedberg was appointed CEO of CEVA Logistics. The company acquired AMI Worldwide, a logistics solutions provider in Africa, offering connections with India, the Middle East, and China.

Gartner positions CEVA Logistics in the Leaders corner of the 2021 Magic Quadrant Third-Party Logistics Worldwide.[5]

In 2022, CEVA Logistics finalized the acquisition of the Ingram Micro Commerce & Lifecycle Services (CLS), Colis Privé, GEFCO and Spedag Interfreight.
