"Generally, rich countries oppose the waiver and poor countries oppose it."

Does this sentence in the lead paragraph contain a typo? This source, which is used as a citation for the above claim, seems to suggest that while wealthier countries do oppose the waiver, poorer countries tend to support it. TheRealAvery (talk) 17:04, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
