Robin Wells Krugman is important as an economist and public commentator. I will go get other published references--Cherlin (talk) 21:57, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, I see. Published books don't count as importance, even when written with somebody who does count. Well, I guess she doesn't qualify. I think that's a crying shame. She's the only economist I hear talking about the need for adult supervision of the economy.--Cherlin (talk) 22:18, 12 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Is her last name really Krugman? Just because she married Paul Krugman doesn't mean she changed her name. I only ever see her referred to as Robin Wells, not Robin Wells Krugman. Even this article is unclear about what her real name is. If her last name isn't Krugman, the article title should be changed. --JHP (talk) 06:41, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oops. I forgot about WP:COMMONNAME. The article title should be her commonly-known name, not necessarily her real name. That said, she writes under the name Robin Wells so I don't believe Robin Wells Krugman is her commonly-known name. --JHP (talk) 07:41, 5 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
