Hi Struway2, happy new year and hope all is well! I spotted something on an article which may come under your purview. The lead of Womack's article claims that he played 511 EFL games without scoring a goal, but the figures in the infobox add up to 510. I am not at home today so don't have my handy copy of Joyce to hand, do you have any sources that could shed any light? Either his Blues figure or his Torquay figure in the infobox is out by one or else the figure mentioned in the lead is out by one..... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 09:49, 2 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Mike Newell (footballer)

Hello!

Mike Newell (footballer) did not play for Liverpool F.C. A youth player does not count as an official player. The category is for official players. So I removed it. Ae245 (talk) 04:33, 15 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Obafemi Martins

Hey Struway. Just felt I notify you that the Obafemi Martins goal record is flawed and he never scored a hat-trick for Nigeria especially in that 2005 game against Algeria in Oran. I corrected it a few weeks ago but noticed you adjusted it again. The scorers in that game in Oran are John Utaka, Martins x2, Yusuf Ayila and Christian Obodo who was assisted by Martins. Its an inaccurate data of over 18 years and needs to be rectified. I have video evidence on YouTube to back my claim. Oldnaijafootball (talk) 17:01, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Antonee Burke-Gilroy, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Striker.
