A merger with Cosgrove Hall Films has been suggested. My inclination is that, with a break of two years, the new company is a new entity, with new personel in charge. Cosgrove Hall Films was absorbed into ITV, apparently. CHF Entertainment seem to have attracted notice, of the BBC for example, so is probably just-about notable enough in its own right.
