Many of the sources you use are primary or connected, and do not necessarily establish notability. The article should be less about Moix's intentions specifically, but should be a presentation built on secondary sources.
Unlike an essay, an encyclopedia doesn't have a conclusion-like section like your last one, which is close to synthesis/WP:OR and not necessarily relevant to the specific mural. If sources don't explicitly connect it to the topic, it generally shouldn't be there.
Conversely, there should be a lead describing what the mural is, and summarizing the key points of the article.

I have some questions about the reasoning for the rejection of my article. I feel like the sources I use are not just passing matters of the subject. They are articles or pages that talk explicitly about the mural in the church. Additionally, I am confused as to why they wouldn't be considered reliable sources.
You also made a comment on the sources not being independent of the subject, but reject the use of the scholarly articles because they are independent of the subject.
