Suggestions for further improvement
[edit]- Elaborate on LGAs and how they operate in the water and sanitation sector in rural areas (if and when more information becomes available). In particular there is the need to clarify the function of Village councils and Water Consumer Associattions. Ukowalska (talk) 21:09, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
