Swish, a modified form of table tennis, was created in Australia by and for visually-impaired people. The ball makes a noise as it rolls on the table so that it can be tracked audibly. Instead of a net, there is a barrier in the middle of the table that the ball must roll under, which prevents players from being to see it until it is on their side of the table. This allows people both with and without vision impairment to play together. Swish is played both recreationally and competitively as either a singles or doubles game.
