Wondering why the hell Phoenix area radio stations have ended up on the Tucson Area's template??? Who and why???

PHX stations

Im removing the stations that are cover Phoenix. If we were to include those two (KOOL and KOYT) then we would have to incude Power 92.3, 93.3, KZZP/104.7, 102.5, and 107.9 (the list goes on and on). Most 100,000 watt stations from PHX can be heard in car radios in Tucson, but are not really Tucson Stations!
