Earl, Danell and Tanina Stevens are siblings. Jones is a first cousin of the trio.

The group released three studio albums.[1]

Prior to their first studio album, the group released an EP under the name, "M.V.P." in 1990.

Despite members having worked together on several respective solo projects, the only reunion effort to date is a 2018 release of the collaborative album, "Connected and Respected", by E-40 and B-Legit, which features one song with the entire group, "Blame It".
