The Leilek District Central Library (Russian: Лейлекская центральная районная библиотека) is the public library system that serves the city of Razzakov and the wider Leilek District in Kyrgyzstan. With a central library and a children's library in Razzakov and close to 30 branches across the Leilek District, it is the largest public library network in the district.
The library was established in 1928. In 1979, it was designated as the central library in the Leilek District Library Network, which at the time included a total of 28 libraries. According to data from 1985, at the time the library held 370,100 volumes in Russian, Kyrgyz, and Uzbek languages, with additional resources available in foreign languages such as English and German.[1] The library had a membership of 28,300 individuals in 1985.
The central library is housed on the second floor of the Razzakov House of Culture. It has a children's branch located in a separate building across the road from the Razzakov House of Culture. The Children's Library had a collection of 36,300 items tailored to young readers in 1985.[1]
