López Title

[edit]

I'm changing the title of López on every article from Dictator to President since that was his actual Title. The perception (emphasis on perception) of him back then and even more so now is not sufficient motives to change it to dictator since that wouldn't be an objective rendering of facts but a subjective one since we are attributing (thus changing their real ones) titles according to what we think or beleive and nto accordign to what it was. I have most paraguayan articles I edit in my watch list so if anyone wants to discuss abotu this please write in teh discussion page or in my own talk page and I'll be more than glad and willing to talk and try to arrive to an amicable concensus.
