Suspected sockpuppets

I've already blocked several. See their user page for Calicanto2023 and it:Categoria:Wikipedia:Cloni_sospetti_di_Calicanto2023 (a list seemingly acknowledged as correct by 14 novembre here) for the rest, as well as a ton more. I've only listed accounts with active edits above; plenty more exist with zero edits (most autocreated from itwiki), which I've left alone for now, and even more that exist on itwiki but have not been autocreated here yet. Open to suggestions on whether the 0-edit accounts should be preemptively blocked. Also note Draft:ENCRYPTED MESSAGE and the equivalent Teahouse post by the above IP address, which they explain here as a message of intent to evade their block on itwiki (which they have nominally renounced, but...)

Technically the 14 novembre account is not the first to be created, but 14 novembre is the account that was originally blocked in enwiki. Writ Keeper ⚇♔ 14:45, 24 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If this is who I think it is, isn't there any way of stopping this user creating new accounts? They create one, go to the Teahouse to post something silly, get themselves blocked, create a new one, go to the Teahouse... DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:03, 26 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
