Channing Nicole Larry (October 9, 1998 – June 11, 2024), known professionally as Enchanting, was an American rapper and singer-songwriter from Fort Worth, Texas.[2] She was signed to Gucci Mane's record label 1017 Records.[3] She frequently collaborated with Mane, alongside Big Scarr, Coi Leray, and Foogiano.[4]

Early life and career

Larry was born in Hanau, Germany to American parents, and spent her early years in Fort Worth, Texas, and Atlanta, Georgia.[5][6]

Enchanting began her music career in her late teens, performing in local shows and releasing music online.[7][8] In 2020, she was signed to Gucci Mane's record label, 1017 Records.[9] During her time with the label, she released several singles and projects, including "No Luv" (2020)[10] and Luv Scarred (2023).[11]

Death

Larry died on June 11, 2024, at the age of 26, due to complications from an alleged overdose and severe withdrawals.[12] Her management team confirmed her death, and tributes poured in from fellow artists and fans.[13][14]
