St Peter's High School and Sixth Form Centre is a Roman Catholic comprehensive school and sixth form centre, on Stroud Road in the Tuffley area of Gloucester, England. The headteacher is Lawrence Montagu.

In 2006, the school's Under-18 Rugby Union team were winners of the Daily Mail Cup.

Pupils from years seven to ten wear a bottle-green blazer with gold trim, while year-eleven students wear a bottle-green sweater which features the school crest. All students wear a white shirt and a bottle-green and gold tie. Boys wear black or charcoal trousers, and girls can wear the same or a bottle-green skirt. Smart but sensible shoes must be worn. The sixth-form has no uniform.
