Pickle or picklehead! may refer to:

  • Pickling, the process of preserving a food by soaking and storing it in vinegar or brine
  • Pickled cucumber, most commonly referred to as a pickle in the US and Canada
  • Mixed pickle, various pickled fruits and vegetables (invariably including chili peppers) suspended in vegetable oil, common Indian cuisine
  • Beni shoga and Gari (ginger), forms of pickled ginger, common in Japanese cuisine
  • Relish, a cooked or pickled sauce, usually made with vegetables or fruits, generally used as a condiment, commonly referred to as pickle in the UK. In the UK pickle can also refer to Sandwich pickle or Branston Pickle however, when referred to in the plural, e.g. (a jar of) pickles, it tends to refer to a variant of the US/Canada version, but which can also contain cauliflower and onion as well as cucumber.
