The Filipino Reporter is a biweekly newspaper that is catered to the Filipino-American community in New York City. It is the only ethnic newspaper belonging to the New York Press Club as regular member. It was founded on July 2, 1972 by a Filipino newsman Libertito Pelayo. It is also listed in the "Working Press of the Nation".[1][2]
