These accommodations can be rented for vacations, timeshares, or the properties themselves can be purchased through Kapalua Realty, Kapalua's real estate agency. The Resort has a variety of restaurants providing gourmet French, Italian, Mediterranean, Pacific Rim, Asian, and fresh Hawaiian cuisine.

Kapalua also maintains 3 golf courses: the Bay Course, the Plantation Course, and the Kapalua Golf Academy. The Bay Course and the Plantation Course were recognized as #1 in Hawaii for Best Golf Resort by Travel + Leisure Golf Magazine. The Plantation Course is the perennial host of the PGA Tour’s season opening Mercedes Benz Championship every January.
