Caribbean International Leadership Summit 2007

This is the University of the West Indies’ Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, Mona School of Business and Cave Hill School of Business, biggest conference on leadership. It will bring together international perspective and Caribbean relevance to ensure that participants get the best information available to assist in their organizations’ quest to compete and win internationally.


This conference will bring together CEO’s, members of Boards of Directors, Executives and Senior level managers in private and public sector organizations, business owners, strategists, pioneers and students of leadership from throughout the Caribbean and beyond.

Mick Cassidy the Artist

Mick Cassidy is a unique artist originally from Dublin, Ireland. He studied art at the local schools with a heavy influence in Celtic design and knot work. During the early eighties, with the rising political violence in Ireland he emigrated to the United States of America.

Mick paid his dues in welding, machine shops and hot rod builders. Mick built a solid foundation for his expertise in fabrication of thin sheet metal, paint and flawless bodywork. After years of practice of airbrush painting, results began to show. Mick is now owner of Bad Ass Paint based in Los Angeles, California where his airbrush paint and artwork are in high demand.

Mick Cassidy's articles and beautifully airbrushed paint designs have been seen in various motorcycle magazines such as Easyriders, Quick Throttle, Hot Bike and Airbrush. He has appeared at various motorcycle shows such as the Easy Rider Bike Show in California. His website at http://www.badasspaint.com contains images of some of his amazing art work.

Mick Cassidy (born Michael Cassidy) was born in Ireland and should not be confused with Mick Cassidy (also born Michael Cassidy) who was born in England.

Alberto "Beaver" Alvarez

Alberto Alvarez (A.K.A. Beaver) was born on Jan. 13, 1984 in Orange County, California. Is a Los Angeles based photographer.


Working with such big named hip hop artist such as Too Short, Digital Underground, Bubba Sparxxs, THe Reyes Brother to name a few. Beaver as he is know to the people he works with has built a name for him self in the Los Angeles area as a up and coming photographer.


Having start with a interest in film while in high school. Beaver looked in to getting in to some of the top film school in the country. then after finding the cost of schooling for film focused on another area. After high school Beaver went on to EL Camino College in Torrence, Califorina with a focus on Psycology. while at El Camino, took a photography class that got him his first big breaks.


After working with local artist in Los Angeles such as Loyalty & Honor, Kuba and The Usual Suspects. Beaver started being called for bigger gigs. Such as the movie primere for Cuba Gooding Jr. movie Dirty. From there start doing shows with such acts at Rodney-O and Joe Cooley, Bubba Sparxxs. then going to other events such as the L.A. Erotica Convention.


While Film has be Beaver's first love it wasnt till late 2006 that he started working on short movies that he has posted on his Youtube page. WHile most of his photography work can be seen on his offical myspace page.


Beaver sites such filmmakers as Stanley Kubrick and Daivd Lynch as why he wanted to get into film. And Larry Clarks photography work as his many reason to contiune his photograph work.
