Ronald "Ron" Lim is a comic book artist and penciller.

He is best known for his work for Marvel Comics on their various "cosmic" titles, most particularly the Silver Surfer (vol. 3) series, which he pencilled for almost six years (1988- 1994).

He also pencilled most of the "Infinity" trilogy of large scale crossover miniseries which Marvel published in the early 1990s - Infinity Gauntlet (1991), Infinity War (1992) and Infinity Crusade (1993). He returned to these characters recently to pencil the Thanos series in 2004.

Other titles he has contributed to include Captain America (1990 - 1991), Dragon Lines (1993), X-Men 2099 (1993), Spider-Man Unlimited, Sovereign Seven (1998-1999), J2 (1998-1999), and Badger (late 1980s).

He has done recent work for the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series at Archie Comics, albeit a lot of fans of the series complained that his art style is "undesirable and unfit" for the series.[citation needed] Lim was a founding contributor to the ill-fated publisher Future Comics and pencilled their fourth series, Metallix in 2002 for 6 issues.

Lim has recently pencilled the five issue Avengers Next mini series with Tom DeFalco for Marvel Comics and his next project {also a part of the MC2 Universe} will be starring the Fantastic Five.
