"Creole"
Song

"Creole" is a song written by Beyoncé Knowles and Solange Knowles. It is rumoured to be the sixth single on U.S. but it is declined. It is unreleased, but CDs and other copies are ready for release. It is popular in radio in the Philippines even it is only a bonus track on the album. The reason why it is not release, "I requested my record label to not release the song because many people know the song will be released, and I said I have a surprise to my fans, but they already know it", Beyoncé said on an MTV interview. It has damaged $90,000 for the CD production.

After the release of "Deja Vu", "Ring The Alarm" was set to be released as the second single from B'Day. While other Japan music stores listed that "Creole" is the second single. But, as what Beyoncé said, "Ring The Alarm" will remain as the second single.

Unreleasement

As of August 2006, the reason of its unreleasement was not yet revealed, but when MTV interviewed Beyoncé about this, she said that "It is a promise that must be a secret. But my fans already know about it, what surprise will I give them? A known surprise? Is that a surprise? So I decided to put Ring The Alarm as the second single and made it my surprise to them in lieu of Creole.

Plan of Music Video

A music video for this was planned before Ring The Alarm was released. But, the music video was never been shot because the single wasn't released. Many fans (especially in Japan) requested a video for it (knowing that it would be released) but Beyoncé declined twice. In her B'Day Anthology Video Album, she planned again to make a music video for it but scheduling for the video was postponed because Beyoncé recorded the music video for "Still In Love (Kissing You)" instead of "Creole". She said that if she had one more week, she will shot 3 more videos (including Creole, Resentment and Amor Gitano).

Being a bonus track on B'Day

It became a bonus track on B'Day and B'Day Deluxe Edition. Some copies doesn't have "Creole" but it is replaced by Beautiful Liar (Remix).
