Hello.

Welcome to Wikipedia

Your twin asked me if he could put the user shortcuts I put on his account to get him started on yours. I decided to do him the favor and put them on myself (it's on your user page, and I removed them from here, giving you more room for notes). Also, if you run into problems, drop me a line and maybe I can help out. Wikipedia is a big place, and there are a lot of different rules, guidelines and unspoken rules that are going to be really confusing at first. Let me know if I can help. Have a groovy day. - Arcayne (cast a spell) 22:28, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Verifiability

It's verifiable because it was said "for the record" - if he said it on radio, over the internet on his website, it would be verifiable. What I was going to put on the talk (but decided against it) is that the final delegation of the votes would most likely rest with the delegate and I imagine that Malta aren't the only one to fix phone-in results (if they even did) - remember, the EBU scrutineer only sees point allocations, not phone-in results (although the two would be the same most of the time). Your recent edits

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 18:39, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Heads-Up

Sorry, I was taking advantage of the computer. Name the articles where you are running into problems. - Arcayne (cast a spell) 20:43, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thank you for becoming a member of The Simpsons WikiProject. The Project has been around for over a year and has seen many Simpsons related articles improved exponentially. The members of the Project have achieved many successes, including getting an an entire season of The Simpsons promoted to Featured topic status as well as getting many articles promoted to Featured article and Good article status. For a full list of Project accomplishments, see this page. There are currently several drives within the project, including a drive to improve the episodes of season 1 and a drive to improve the core articles of the project. If you would like to work on a page and need help, please see our guide to sources or the style guide. If you require any further assistance, please leave a message on the project talk page, or ask me or Scorpion0422. Once again, thank you for joining the project, and happy editing.

Important: We're currently going through a membership reconfirmation, so you should probably go here and add your name. As well, there is a serious discussion about character pages going on at the WikiProject talk page, and if you would like to comment, it would be much appreciated. Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You appear to be participating in a revert war, this is not permitted per WP:3RR. You are encouraged to discuss the matter on the article talkpage. Axel, I am giving you this warning since you are beginning to wear out the patience of a more experienced editor. This does not mean that he is right and you are wrong about the facts, but you are editing in an inappropriate manner. The principle behind editing is WP:Consensus and as you are changing the agreed content you have to prove that you have the agreement of the majority (this is an instance of where you must not ask your twin to support you - that is meatpuppetry) for the changes. Wikipedia is not a game where one player wins, but a project where the encyclopedia does. Please ask for the assistance of Arcayne before editing the article again. Thanks. Sceptre is not mean (and even if they are, it is not important) and he does have some history in editing the article. As you are unable to find consensus for your edits then it appears it will remain as it is for the time being. I suggest you find another subject and, learning from this episode, join in in improving it.LessHeard vanU 17:48, 23 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
