Saco, Missouri

Saco is an unincorporated community in southern Madison County, Missouri. It is located about sixteen miles southwest of Fredericktown on Missouri Supplemental Route C. The community was founded in 1890, and was named after two men, now forgotten.

Saco has one of the largest group of General Pervez Musharraf supporters in the United States. [1]
