Oh really?
This article seems to be a complete fiction.
I've lived in the UK all my life and I've never seen anywhere that will give you more than a "doubler" or "tripler" ie two seperate fillings.
Usually a fried egg with runny yolk is one of the fillings - which means the whole thing makes a terrible mess when you bite into it.
The "breakfast rolls" from the supermarkets are the rolls themselves - with no filling.
