Björgólfur Hideaki Takefusa (born 11 May, 1980) is an Icelandic football forward, currently playing for KR Reykjavík.

Club career

His football career started at Þróttur, where he made 37 league appearances. From Þróttur he was signed by Fylkir and played two seasons there. He was signed to KR from Fylkir in October 2005 after having enjoyed a spell there from 2003. Takefusa is currently a first squad player for KR playing along side Grétar Hjartarsson. He scored 10 goals out of the 23 KR scored the 2006 season. He won the Icelandic Silver Boot for the same season.

On 26 September 2006, Björgólfur was chosen, along with teammates Kristján Finnbogason and Gunnlaugur Jónsson, in the team of rounds 13 - 18. He was also voted the best player of rounds 13 - 18. [1]
