Kokradi is a village in the Belthangadi Taluk of Dakshina Kannada (South Canara district) of Karnataka State in India. The Indian Census of 2001 puts the number of households in Kokradi to be 235 [1].The Total Population is 1,167 with 554 Males and 613 females. Kokradi is an agricultural village. It has a mixed population of Kannada speakers, Konkani speakers (Both Hindu and Catholic) and also some Tulu speakers. Kokradi is also a Surname amongst Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmins. Kokradi is also spelt as Kokrady. The Pin Code (Post Code) For Kokrady is 574242. [2]
